My Biography
I’m a second-year Actuarial Science student and the current Art and Culture Officer, The world thrives on connections, and so do I. I find energy in engaging with people, building relationships, and fostering teamwork. Whether leading a community initiative or brainstorming in a group, I thrive in collaborative environments. I don’t just work well with the community—I immerse myself in it, creating meaningful connections that leave a lasting impact.

I am committed to building a dynamic and engaging community where creativity and productivity thrive. My goal is to create an environment where every student not only feels included but also finds inspiration, growth, and meaningful experiences beyond academics.
I commit is to serve, uplift, and enhance the student experience and dedicate myself to fostering a strong sense of belonging, ensuring that every student feels valued, and supported.
I am not afraid to take initiative, make tough decisions, and push for positive change. My vision is to create a more connected, supportive, and vibrant student environment where everyone has a voice.
What motivated me to nominate myself?
My journey as an Art and Culture Officer has been a transformative experience, allowing me to gain invaluable insights, leadership skills, and a deep appreciation for student engagement. Through this role, I have learned how to bring people together, celebrate diversity, and create impactful experiences for our community.
Now, I am ready to take the next step—to expand my contributions, embrace new challenges, and create even greater opportunities for students. By stepping into a higher position within HWUMSA, I aim to unlock new possibilities, foster meaningful experiences, and uncover hidden talents within our community. This is not just about personal growth—it’s about building a thriving, dynamic, and empowering student environment for all.

What would I bring to the role?
As a candidate for Vice President of Community, I am committed to actively contributing to a stronger, more inclusive, and engaging student experience. I want to create opportunities for every student to feel heard, valued, and involved in shaping our campus environment. This means organizing events that bring people together, advocating for student needs, and ensuring that everyone has access to resources that support their well-being and growth. My commitment goes beyond words—I am ready to take action, listen to your concerns, and work alongside you to build a thriving community.
Through my experiences in Art and Culture officer post, I have developed the skills to connect people, organize meaningful programs, and address student concerns effectively. Whether it was leading, planning events, I have always focused on creating opportunities that benefit others. I want to bring these experiences to this role by strengthening student engagement, fostering collaboration, and making our campus a more welcoming place for everyone.
