My Biography

Year 1 Accounting & Business Finance student. - Accounting & Business Finance Class Representative, Peer Tutor (ePALS), Student Ambassador, Assistant in Academic Writing. - I work with students, support learning, and raise concerns: every week, not just during elections.

My Manifesto

- Turn academic concerns into clear solutions. - Make support visible, accessible, and normal to use. - Improve communication between students and lecturers. - Support learning that builds confidence, not anxiety. - Keep academics challenging, but fair and humane.

What motivated me to nominate myself?

As a class representative, I hear student concerns directly. - As a tutor, I see where students struggle and why. - As an academic writing assistant, I understand expectations and standards. - I don’t want students to feel lost, unheard, or left behind.

My top three priorities

- Clear academic expectations: assessments, feedback, and standards. - Stronger academic support: early help before issues escalate. - Active student representation: concerns followed through, not forgotten.

What would I bring to the role?

- Clear and consistent academic representation within HWUMSA. - Stronger communication between students and HWUM. - Practical, visible academic support students can rely on. - A fair, student-centred academic culture. - Action over discussion, with real improvements for students.
