Where can I submit the voting form?

You can access the forms by scanning the QR code available at our Instagram page or at our voting booth which will be located at the Plaza during election week.

So, mark your calendars for our election booth, happening between 9-12 March from 12 pm to 3 pm!

What prizes are up for grabs?

Two lucky students could stand a chance to indulge in a lavish buffet for two pax worth up to RM150.

Plus, an additional fourteen students have the chance of snagging up Touch 'n Go vouchers worth up to RM75.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Each student is eligible to submit ONE (1) response only and no response on behalf of others. Election tracker Microsoft forms is valid until 12 March 2024, 6:59pm MYT only.

2. Voting happens on 9-12 March 2026 6:59pm MYT.

3. Election Secretariat (ES) reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions without prior notice.

High-tea buffet winners:

1. Students must agree to T&C; claim and use the prize within a set period of time (90 days)

2. Students will be given RM150 in cash to purchase the lunch/high-tea buffet

3. Receipt of the lunch buffet must be kept and given to Operations to show proof of prize claim.

TnG voucher winners:

Please be informed that the redemption validity is 90 days from the issuance date, meaning users need to redeem the codes within 90 days and once reloaded, there's no expiry date for the amount.
