start a club

  • Step 1: Recruit 9 other people as the club's founding members, and elect at least 3 committee members among yourselves. 

  • Step 2: Fill out the form provided below digitally. A template of a club's constitution is included in the form; simply edit the highlighted portions to tailor it to your club's specifications.  

  • Step 3: Submit both hard and soft copies of the completed form to your respective club officer. 

  • Step 4: Upon HWUMSA's review, a meeting will be arranged with you for further discussion. If there are no issues, you may commence with your club activities.​

  • Step 5: Download your forms:

You will be informed once your club is made official by the Provost.
